Responsibilities And Duties
- Answer phones/route calls
- Greet all visitors and ensure proper sign in prior to full entry to premises
- Assist front office in any/all requests of Order Management Manager
- File paperwork, confirm shipping papers, print shipping documents, and email customer paperwork
- Prepare and sort mail
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Overall pleasant attitude and welcoming nature/phone voice
- Neat appearance and professional attitude
- Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information
- Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment (phones, printers, copiers)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required
- Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
