- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline payment processes.
- Prepare reports on accounts payable activities as needed.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Stay updated on industry regulations affecting accounts payable.
Qualifications
- 1 year of proven experience in accounts payable in the construction industry.
- An understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage & Procore).
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to reconcile accounts and manage financial discrepancies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively.
