Role Description The Pediatric Occupational or Physical Therapist will provide direct, one-on-one therapy services to children with diverse developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and documenting progress in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The therapist will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support carryover of skills at home, school, and in the community, and will educate caregivers on strategies to promote functional independence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Richmond Hill, GA, requiring active participation in team meetings, ongoing professional development, and contribution to a positive, child-centered clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy with experience in Pediatrics and Early Intervention.
• Demonstrated skills in Sensory Integration and Working With Children in therapeutic, play-based, or educational settings.
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist in Georgia.
• Ability to perform thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing learning, and culturally responsive, inclusive care.
• CPR certification and familiarity with pediatric safety practices; prior outpatient pediatric clinic experience is preferred.
