Responsibilities

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities through inside and outside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation strategies to expand our market reach.
  • Conduct engaging product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through effective account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop customized proposals and negotiate terms to close sales deals confidently while maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with operating and procurement teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Support inside sales efforts by handling inbound inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and assisting with order processing when necessary.
  • Engage in territory management by analyzing market trends, identifying new prospects, and executing strategic plans for growth.
  • Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.

Skills

  • Proven experience in inside and outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Expertise in business development techniques including lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to foster long-term relationships.
