Small office environment supporting marine safety equipment service facility.
Duties include Reception / Customer Service (in person and via e-mail/phone) / directing calls accordingly; Creating, maintaining and issuing Invoice / Billing; light typing; Accounts Receivable / Payable; Collections efforts via e-mail/phone; Filing; Assisting Sales Team Members, other office staff, Operations Manager and Owner as needed.
Standard hours Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
