Job Duties:

• Welcome and seat patrons in dining room or lounge
• Help ensure quality of facilities
• Answer telephone and respond to inquiries or transfer calls

Requirements:

• No minimum education or experience required
• Employer will provide on-the-job training
• Must complete employment application
• Must pass pre-employment criminal background check (paid by employer)
• Must be able to work a minimum 5-day workweek, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand and bend repetitively during entire shift

Schedule:

• Minimum 35 hours per week guaranteed
• Rotating schedule: Sunday - Saturday
• Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy and business demands

Compensation:

• Base Wage: $15.50 per hour
• Overtime Rate: $23.25 per hour (time-and-a-half after 40 hours per week)
• Employer may increase wage based on experience, performance, tenure, and/or market conditions
• Pay received bi-weekly
• Depends on Experience (DOE)

Work Guarantee:
The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

• All tools, supplies, and equipment provided at no charge
• Required uniform provided at no cost
• Daily transportation provided between employer housing and worksite at no cost
• Optional employee shared housing available (including utilities): $150-$200 per week
• Optional health insurance available per ACA guidelines (medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits) - cost varies based on selected plan, available for payroll deduction

Transportation Reimbursement:

• If worker completes half the employment period, employer will arrange and pay for transportation and subsistence from place of recruitment to place of work
• Upon completion of employment period or early dismissal, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence
• Daily subsistence provided at $16.28 per day during travel (maximum $68 per day with receipts)
• All transportation costs must be preapproved
• Employer will reimburse H-2B workers in first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees (excluding passport fees)
