Qualifications & Experience

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

As the Schools & Groups Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for all group bookings — from schools to large tour groups. You'll oversee the full reservation process, support marketing efforts, and help ensure every group leaves with a smile. 😊

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:📞 Responding to inquiries and assisting guests with reservations from start to finish🎒 Welcoming school and tour groups upon arrival and coordinating their experience📈 Cultivating and maintaining business relationships in key markets💼 Soliciting and booking new and repeat group business📊 Preparing weekly/monthly reports on group bookings and revenue📆 Organizing and attending events, trade shows, and client meetings🎉 Assisting with promotions, special events, and marketing campaigns📚 Developing educational materials and communication plans for schools/groups🤝 Following up with clients and building lasting relationships🗂️ Keeping accurate records of event plans, client communications, and reservation details

🧠 What You Bring to the Role

✔️ High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)✔️ 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in hospitality, tourism, or call centers✔️ Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills 🗣️💻✔️ A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail

🧳 Additional Requirements

🚗 Some local travel may be required💼 Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or holidays to support events🧍‍♂️ Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the attraction during shift💪 May need to lift or carry items up to 10 lbs🔐 Must be able to obtain any necessary licenses or certifications
