Guest Experience Hosts (Part-Time)

As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll bring the magic to life across the aquarium — from greeting guests at Admissions to adding sparkle in Retail, Events, Birthdays, Food & Beverage, and more! Every shift is a chance to create unforgettable memories in a playful, safe, and exciting environment.
✨ What You’ll Do:
Spread joy, energy, and big Merlin smiles
Make meaningful connections with guests of all ages
Keep areas looking great and ready for adventure
Help manage lines safely while keeping the fun alive
Follow opening, closing, and safety procedures
Deliver top-tier service with a splash of magic
Qualifications & Experience
About You
- 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
- Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
