Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage POS transactions accurately
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking while ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Restock bar supplies, ingredients, glassware, and utensils efficiently during shifts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to meet guest needs
Skills
- Proven experience as a bartender preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations; familiarity with brewing or food industry standards is advantageous
