Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Online Constant Contact Creator to develop and distribute a compelling WEEKLY FISHING NEWSLETTER. This role involves using CONSTANT CONTACT to create a newsletter and ensuring timely delivery to our dedicated audience of fishing enthusiasts. MUST HAVE knowledge of fishing in Steinhatchee and Constant Contact Experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce a weekly fishing newsletter using Constant Contact, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and visually appealing
- Curate relevant fishing news, tips, updates, and promotional content tailored to our audience’s interests
- Collect and insert all customer and charter captain email submitted photos into the newletter with correct names. Contact captains and customers if names not included with photos.
- Manage subscriber lists by updating contacts, segmenting audiences, and maintaining data accuracy through diligent data entry
- Collaborate with team members and boss to gather content ideas, gather feedback, and optimize newsletter performance based on analysis of engagement data
- Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a professional tone that energizes readers
- Stay informed about industry trends in fishing and email marketing to continually enhance newsletter quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or similar tools
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft lively, engaging content in English
- Must have knowledge of Steinhatchee fishing
- Knowledge of Sea Hag Marina is a plus
