Front Door Finisher

Do you have a keen eye for detail and really enjoy working with your hands? Sea Fox Boats is looking for some star employees to join the team in our finishing department. You will be working on our big boat line, inspecting the surface (fiberglass) looking for defects in the finish and then you will polish, sand, re-coat and re-finish to perfection.

What you will be doing:

• Fiberglass and gel-coat repair
• Inspect boat surfaces for defects such as air bubbles, cuts, cracks, chips, and thickness of fiberglass
• Using hand and power tools, sand, grind, polish,, and repair fiberglass surfaces
• Trim excess fiberglass from edge of boat hull
• Polish to perfection using tools such as buffers, wax and towels
  
  

What you will have done or what you know:

• Minimum 2 years stable work history, preferably in the boating or automotive finishing industry
• Experience with basic hand tools and power equipment
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• STRONG attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work as a team member
• Ability to meet or exceed attendance and punctuality expectations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
