Full-Time Maintenance Person – Condominium

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall appearance of the property, ensuring a positive experience for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain common areas such as hallways, pool, elevators, and exterior grounds. Cleaning of common areas including; game room, elevators, bathrooms, laundry, empty trash cans. Must be able to lift up to 50lb.
• Perform light, painting, pressure washing, and minor repairs
• Monitor property for safety hazards and perform corrective actions as needed
• Assist with vendor coordination and supervise contracted work when necessary.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Work collaboratively with the property manager and COA board.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial building maintenance
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and customers professionally.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check
