Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fish Cutter / Fish Packer to join our team. This role involves preparing, cutting, cleaning, and packaging fresh fish products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Cut, clean, and fillet fish according to industry and company standards
- Remove bones, scales, and unwanted parts efficiently
- Package fish products neatly and accurately for distribution
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with inventory and stock organization and rotations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fish cutting, seafood handling, or food processing preferred (training can be provided)
- Ability to handle sharp tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
