Role Description The Sales Associate is a part-time, on-site role based at the Sea Bags store in Rehoboth Beach, DE. This role involves greeting and assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and guiding shoppers toward items that meet their needs and preferences. The Sales Associate will handle point-of-sale transactions, process returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate cash handling and basic inventory tracking. Daily responsibilities include keeping the sales floor clean and organized, restocking merchandise, merchandising displays, and helping ensure the store reflects the Sea Bags brand. The role also includes supporting promotional activities, sharing the story behind Sea Bags’ recycled sail products, and delivering a welcoming, inclusive customer experience.
