About the Role:
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our busy and growing sales team. You’ll work closely with an Account Manager to ensure customer orders run smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Enter and track customer orders and projects
- Coordinate with vendors on product availability, proofs, and timelines
- Communicate with customers about quotes, samples, and order status
- Maintain accurate records in our systems
- Track shipments and proactively update customers
- Help with other administrative sales tasks as needed
Who You Are:
- Organized, focused, and detail-oriented
- A clear communicator, both by phone and email
- Good at managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Comfortable learning new systems and software
- Experienced in a customer service or sales support role (preferred, not required)
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
$20/hr
