Description:
Great guests, set up and breakdown breakfast buffet, replenish buffet and serve beverages to patrons at tables. Provide an amazing experience for any guests you encounter.
Tasks
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining.
- Prepare full buffet and ensure it remains stocked and full.
- Perform food preparation if needed duties such as bacon, grits, eggs and brewing coffee.
- Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
- Fill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment, and napkin containers.
. Requirements:
-Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
EDUCATION
High School graduate or equivalent preferred
EXPERIENCE
One year experience in food and beverage
