Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales & Estimating Support professional to provide crucial support to the sales and estimating teams by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing order placement support to the construction, equipment, and resource management sales advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales and estimating teams with administrative and clerical support.
- Prepare and submit quotes and estimates.
- Review submitted orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer/project information in Trimble.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to gather pricing and material information (i.e. specs, power requirements, lead times, etc.)
- Manage the inventory of the trade show booth displays, brochures, and materials needed.
- Support sales advisors in preparing proposals, presentations, and drawings.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to sales and estimates.
- Submit applications for utility rebate programs.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard pricing and estimating templates.
- Track and monitor project statuses to provide updates to the sales team.
- Handle Point-of-Sale & Customer Service for walk-in customers.
- Supporting Sales Staff with preliminary project drawings in Auto-Cad.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in sales support, estimating, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer-centric with the ability to solve problems quickly.
- Experience in Trimble ProjectSight is a bonus.
- AutoCAD Experience
