- Quality Control – Process Execution Verification, Attention to Detail, Collaboration, ETC.
- Safety – Plan for Safety, Customize Project Documentation, Mitigation of Known Hazards, ETC.
- Problem Solving – Proactive Communication, Material and Schedule Management, ETC.
- Close Out and Budget / Schedule Review – Lessons Learned, Process Discipline, ETC.
- 1-2 Years Experience with or Education in commercial construction management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and administrative skill.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
