Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dynamic Career and Technical Education (CTE) Engineering teachers to be considered for our applicant pool. Qualified candidates will bring relevant industry experience in engineering, design, manufacturing, or a related field, along with a strong commitment to engaging students through real-world, hands-on learning. Requirements / Qualifications
- Possession of a valid California Career Technical Education (CTE) Credential in Engineering and Architecture
- Applicants who hold a valid California Single Subject Credential in Industrial and Technology Education are also encouraged to apply

3 years of industry experience (paid or unpaid) — at least 1 year must be hands-on

Some of that experience must be recent (1 year in the last 5 years, or 2 years in the last 10 years)

Up to 2 years of the requirement can be met through relevant coursework (24 semester units = 1 year)

Advanced industry certification can count for 1 year
AND
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Recommendation Letters (Three (3) current letters dated within the last two (2) years)
$71,571 to $103,136 (To start yearly based on full-time assignment. Part-time assignments will be prorated)
- Pay dependent on experience
- Candidates with two or more years of full-time K-12 public school experience start on step 3. (This is the maximum starting step)
