We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Residential Superintendent to support the oversight of residential construction projects in Southern Maryland. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Superintendent with daily construction activities
- Help coordinate subcontractors and deliveries
- Monitor job site safety and cleanliness
- Support scheduling and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Conduct basic quality checks and report issues
- Maintain clear communication with the Superintendent and team
- Help keep projects on track and organized
Qualifications:
- Some residential construction experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of residential construction processes and codes
- Ability to read blueprints (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
