We're now hiring our first dedicated Sales Executive to take our retail solutions portfolio to market.
Retail and consumer-facing enterprises run their most critical processes across disconnected tools, spreadsheets, and aging systems. SDC's retail solutions bring these processes onto modern, audited, enterprise-grade platforms — built with AI, designed for business users, and delivering value from day one.
Our solutions help retailers and consumer brands with:
- Customer engagement and retention
- Business-user-friendly configuration — no engineers required for everyday changes
- Financial visibility and control across operations
- Built-in reporting and analytics — no external BI required
- Audited, preview-first operations that prevent costly mistakes at scale
You'll be selling solutions that are real, running, and demo-able on day one — not slideware.
You'll own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed contract. This is a true hunter role with the freedom to build your own playbook.
You will:
- Generate and qualify pipeline among retail, CPG, travel, retial and consumer-facing enterprises
- Run discovery calls and tailored demos that map our solutions to each prospect's business pain
- Manage the full cycle: outreach, demo, evaluation, procurement, negotiation, close
- Work directly with SDC's leadership and product team — your field feedback will shape the roadmap
- Build repeatable sales assets (demo flows, objection handling, ROI narratives) as our first dedicated seller
- Represent SDC at industry events, webinars, and on LinkedIn
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- 3–7 years of B2C SaaS or enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of closing
- Experience selling into retail, CPG, or consumer-enterprise buyers (a strong plus)
- The ability to run a compelling product demo yourself — you don't need an SE on every call
- Comfort in an early-stage, build-the-playbook environment: high autonomy, high ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you can turn product capability into business value
- Self-discipline to thrive fully remote
Nice to have:
- An existing network among retail technology, CRM, or martech decision-makers
- Understanding of retail operations and economics
- Experience as a first or early sales hire at a product company
