The Black Hills Natural Sciences Field Station (BHNSFS) at South Dakota School of Mines & Technology is seeking temporary Lecturers for three and five-week winter sessions of Geology and Geological Engineering field camps, and/or other specialty camps as needed. The camps are taught from various locations in the Black Hills, and other locations within the U.S. and abroad. For more information on camps and locations visit https://geologyfieldcamp.sdsmt.edu. It is expected that the selected candidate will live at the camp during the session. Possibility of an ongoing position, dependent upon performance, funding and student enrollment.  A PhD in Geology, Geological Engineering or a related field is required; experience teaching geology and/or engineering field camps is preferred.  Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
