Job Summary:
S&D Properties is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of our residential and/or commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
*Assist in managing day-to-day property operations
*Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
*Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
*Help with leasing activities, including showing units and processing applications
*Maintain accurate records, files, and reports
*Assist with rent collection and follow up on late payments
*Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
*Previous property management or administrative experience preferred
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
*High school diploma or equivalent required: additional education in business or real estate is a plus
