The ideal candidate will excel in client acquisition, sales strategy, and relationship management while being adept at preparing bids and supporting project coordination.Key Responsibilities Sales and Client Acquisition:• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.• Identify and target potential clients in need of general contracting services.• Pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market analysis.• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Bid Preparation and Proposal Development:• Collaborate with the project team to prepare accurate and competitive bids.• Review project specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and cost estimates.• Ensure all proposals are completed on time and meet client requirements.Marketing Strategy and Execution:• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's services.• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.• Coordinate with external vendors and marketing agencies as needed.
