Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers in a professional manner.
2. Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, limiting hold times
3. Provide documentation, order tracking and other supportive information for domestic and international customers.
4. Take messages, indicating the callers first and last name and company name
5. Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
6. Process customer orders
7. File workorders, invoices, A/P
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
9. Some invoicing.
Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Ability to handle customers emails and/or phone calls in a professional manner.
4. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
5. Ability to work well with others.
