Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
- Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications
- Helping customers choose menu items or guiding them through drink options
- Keeping the bar stocked and clean
- Providing friendly and attentive service
- Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
- Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
- Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment
