Handyman – Flexible, As-Needed Work | Tampa
Looking for a reliable handyman to help maintain Airbnb properties in Tampa when maintenance needs occurs.
Work may include:
- Minor plumbing/electrical repairs
- Fixing doors, locks, cabinets & hardware
- Drywall & paint touch-ups
- Furniture/appliance repairs or installs
- Troubleshooting maintenance issues
- Replacing filters, batteries, bulbs, etc.
- Yard work
- Picking up supplies, mailing packages & occasional errands
- General non-maintenance errands
- Any needs that may arise for an Airbnb property.
You must have:
- Your own vehicle
- Your own basic tools
- Good communication & reliability
Work is as needed. There may be no work some weeks and a full week other times. Some same/next-day availability is helpful, but not required.
We pay a 1.5-hour minimum when you are scheduled.
1099 contractor. W-9, ID and signed agreement required.
Paid by ACH (typically ~3 business days).
