What are the responsibilities and job description for the Central Station Operator/Dispatcher position at Scutum DIGITAL?
Interviews will be held virtually then in person. Looking for 3-11pm shift- 11pm -7am shift. Weekends are required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer emergency-related inbound calls (e.g., burglar, fire, and panic alarms).
- Dispatch proper authorities as required.
- Monitor and respond to alarm signals using provided systems and training.
- Make outbound calls to verify alarms and notify responsible parties.
- Document all alarm responses in the monitoring software.
- Coordinate with technicians and installers for signal verification.
- Communicate with customers and dealers on technical and non-technical issues.
- Route callers to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Apply company policies to meet customer needs.
- File, scan, and manage customer records and updates.
- Process and maintain accurate customer data.
- Follow up on missing customer information.
- Analyze and update customer records per company guidelines.
- Provide account documentation to customers.
- Support data entry and office projects.
- Prepare and send billing and dealer correspondence.
- Perform general office tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
