Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on mowers and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify problems accurately.
- Conduct diesel engine repairs and automotive repairs as needed.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for repairs and modifications.
- Assist with heavy lifting of equipment during repairs or maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- knowledge of hydraulics and hose replacement
- Small engine repair
- Service technician experience, particularly in equipment repair, is highly valued.
- Proficient in reading schematics for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive and generator repair.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery is a plus.
- Experience with soldering techniques for electrical repairs.
