How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product. Operate brine tanks by filling and/or emptying cheese. Maintain brine level. Maintain and clean the equipment. Wash brine lines. Complete salinity checks, core temperatures, product sampling, and brine sampling. Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals. Requires regular attendance. You Are Best Suited For The Role If You….
