Salary: $125,000–165,000 annually, depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced and highly efficient Bankruptcy Attorney to join our established and expanding practice. Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload of Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 matters from inception through completion
- Represent clients in contested matters, adversary proceedings, and bankruptcy-related litigation
- Maintain substantial client interaction while providing high-quality advice, responsive service, and practical solutions in addition to managing strict deadlines
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, objections, briefs, and other legal docs
Requirements:
- A JD an active NJ Bar license in good standing
- 2 years of experience in consumer bankruptcy law, including handling contested matters and a high-volume caseload
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills towards your team and clients
- Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment
- Technologically proficient with case management software and legal research tools
