Job Overview

· Maintain facilities to meet safety, quality, and client standards
Responsibilities
- Ability to work in a variety of settings
- Ensure that tools, equipment, workspaces and jobsites are kept organized, clean, and in good condition
- Perform installation and repairs as needed, such as cabinetry, light framing, fixtures, and flooring
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Calculate materials and deliver to jobsites when needed
Required Skills
· High attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor safely
· Knowledge of hand and power tools and safe operation practices
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Familiarity with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
· Understanding of basic plumbing and electrical
· Experience with BuilderTrend (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
· Carpentry & Construction Tasks
- Perform rough and finish carpentry: install cabinetry, light framing, decorative hardware and accessories, flooring
- Ensure all carpentry work meets project specifications and quality standards
· Jobsite Coordination
- Travel between jobsites; maintain a valid driver's license
- Keep tools, equipment, and workspaces organized, clean, and in good condition
- Collaborate with supervisors, trades, and team members to complete projects efficiently
- Upload daily logs and jobsite photos into BuilderTrend
· Site Operations & Quality Control
- Keep accurate records of completed work and materials used
- Calculate material take-offs and deliver materials to jobsites as needed
- Inspect work for accuracy, code compliance, and craftsmanship
- Support adherence to safety protocols and building regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
