The Role
We’re looking for a Studio Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the studio while creating a positive, welcoming experience for both clients and trainers.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of coaching and management responsibilities.
You’ll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly, supports the team, and builds real relationships with our clients.
What You’ll Do
Create an Exceptional Client Experience
- Be the go-to for client questions, support, and problem-solving
- Build genuine relationships and help clients stay consistent
- Follow up with members who fall off and help them get back in
Keep the Studio Running Smoothly
- Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, and organization
- Manage inventory, retail, and equipment upkeep
- Ensure sessions are scheduled, checked in, and running on time
Lead & Support the Team
- Help hire, onboard, and develop trainers
- Provide feedback and maintain a high standard of coaching
- Manage schedules, coverage, and team communication
Lead Sales & Growth
- Lead sales follow-up and consults
- Help convert new members and retain current ones
- Collaborate on ways to grow the studio and community
Be the Face of the Studio
- Build relationships within the local community
- Support events, partnerships, and in-studio experiences
- Set the tone for the energy and culture inside Sculpt
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in fitness, studio management, or a related leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for health, fitness, and women’s wellness
- Experience with sales, client retention, and team management
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
