Pilates Instructor – Sculpt Pilates
Sculpt Pilates is seeking a certified instructor with a contemporary, athletic approach to Reformer Pilates. Ideal candidates are passionate about dynamic, results-driven movement and committed to creating an empowering experience for every client. Must be confident leading group classes, offering thoughtful modifications, and maintaining a strong emphasis on form, strength, and mobility. Completion of a 500-hour comprehensive training program preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
– Lead safe, effective, and engaging group Reformer Pilates classes
– Provide personalized modifications and progressions for all levels and class formats
– Deliver exceptional client experience with a welcoming and professional presence
– Check members into class and manage class attendance for your classes
– Maintain a clean, organized studio environment, including light cleaning tasks
– Support overall studio and equipment upkeep and contribute to a positive, team-focused atmosphere
– Participate in occasional events, workshops, or continuing education opportunities
