The Universal Banker handles both member service and transaction functions, focusing on building strong relationships and promoting Credit Union products. This role combines sales, service, and operational support in compliance with regulatory and security standards.

What You’ll Do:
• Build and deepen member relationships through proactive engagement and needs-based conversations
• Meet or exceed branch sales and service goals
• Process deposits, payments, and other banking transactions
• Educate members on digital banking tools and services
• Resolve account inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Refer members to appropriate specialists for additional services
• Support daily operations, branch opening/closing, and assist with loan processing
• Participate in community events and promote Credit Union services

The final position level and title will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications; candidates may be considered for a higher or lower level role within the department. Universal Banker applicants may begin employment as a Member Specialist, depending on skills and experience.
The pay range for the Universal Banker position is $22.50 to $27.00 per hour and is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
