What You’ll Do
You’ll be the friendly voice our members trust. Every call is an opportunity to solve problems, build relationships, and guide members toward the financial solutions that fit their lives.
- Connect with members by phone and digital channels with professionalism and warmth
- Help members open accounts, explore loan options, and use digital banking tools
- Listen for needs and recommend helpful products and services (not just “sell”)
- Resolve questions and concerns efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution
- Educate members so they feel confident about their finances
- Work closely with the team to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of customer service or financial services experience
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
- Comfortable discussing financial products like accounts, cards, and loans
- Problem-solver who can think on their feet and stay organized
- Team player who values accountability and a positive work environment

The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $26.00 per hour and is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
