We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-orientated Deed Restriction Inspector for a fast-growing company. Your mission would be to drive through assigned communities and notate certain violations. This job requires you to have a reliable vehicle along with business car insurance, as you will be driving your own vehicle through various communities. This position reimburses you for mileage and toll fees.
Duties
- Visually inspect properties within Association for Deed Restriction Violations
- Process and mail notices pertaining to Deed Restriction Violations
- Answer customer phone calls and emails
- Miscellaneous administrative job responsibilities
- Attendance of monthly meetings
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle with business car insurance
- Must have a clean driving record and meet criminal background requirements
- 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Can navigate through different application systems
- Competency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Have a naturally positive attitude and be a team player
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change
- Strong listening skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, time management, problem resolution, and decision-making skills
