NOW HIRING: 40 FACTORY WORKERS!
SCS Enterprising is seeking 40 dependable and motivated individuals to join our growing manufacturing workforce.
We are expanding our operations and have immediate opportunities available across multiple production departments. Whether you're experienced in manufacturing or looking to start a new career, we encourage you to apply!
Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with a pay increase after 90 days of employment.
We are currently filling positions on both 2nd shift and 3rd shift.
Available Positions
We are hiring for several areas of factory operations, including:
- Packing and Packaging: Preparing, inspecting, and packaging finished products for shipment.
- Sorting and Material Handling: Sorting materials, organizing products, and assisting with production flow.
- Automated Production Lines: Operating alongside automated equipment, monitoring production, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
- Press Operations: Assisting with manufacturing presses and production equipment while following established safety procedures.
- General Production: Supporting various manufacturing departments as operational needs expand.
Employees may be assigned to different departments based on production needs, qualifications, and available positions.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform assigned production and manufacturing tasks.
- Operate or assist with factory machinery and equipment after receiving proper training.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Pack, sort, and organize materials and finished goods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow company safety policies and production procedures.
- Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members.
- Meet daily production and quality expectations.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
Qualifications
No previous factory experience is required!
We are looking for candidates who:

- Are comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks throughout their shift.

- Are willing to work overtime when required.
Previous experience in manufacturing, packing, sorting, warehouse operations, or machine operation is helpful but not required.
