We are looking for a Senior Contract Manager to lead contract lifecycle management, ensure compliance, and support commercial operations across Scry AI’s enterprise engagements. This role is critical in managing contractual risk, enabling smooth deal execution, and aligning legal frameworks with business objectives.
Role Overview
As a Senior Contract Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal. You will work closely with sales, legal, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure contracts are structured effectively, compliant with regulations, and aligned with business goals.
This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial and legal acumen who can manage complex contracts and support enterprise deal-making in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end contract processes including drafting, review, negotiation, and execution
Ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business and legal requirements
Maintain contract repositories and ensure proper documentation and version control
Negotiation & Commercial Alignment
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners
- Balance risk, compliance, and commercial objectives during negotiations
- Support sales teams in structuring deals and contractual terms
Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify contractual risks, liabilities, and compliance gaps
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with legal, finance, sales, and procurement teams
- Provide guidance on contract terms, obligations, and implications
- Support deal execution and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Reporting & Process Optimization
- Track contract performance, renewals, and key milestones
- Develop reports and dashboards for contract management metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve contract processes and efficiency
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial roles
- Understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and compliance requirements
- Experience in negotiating enterprise contracts and agreements
