Concrete Foreman

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in various concrete-related tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency in all aspects of the job.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various construction projects.
• Follow schematics and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work, including mixers and hand tools.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure the integrity of the concrete work.
• Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam and Primavera for project tracking and documentation.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to safety protocols on-site.

Experience

• Previous experience in concrete labor or related construction roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
• Experience using an ohmmeter for electrical testing is beneficial.
• Knowledge of pipeline installation techniques is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using construction management software, including HeavyBid, is desirable.
• Ability to supervise junior laborers or apprentices is a plus.
