General Manager – High-Volume Express Car Wash (ScrubHub)
Location: Hinesville, GA
We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented General Manager to lead one of our high-volume express tunnel car wash locations. This is not a “babysit the store” role — this is for someone who knows how to run a business, lead a team, and push performance every single day.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Owning the full operation of the site (sales, labor, customer experience, and profitability)
- Driving and improving KPIs such as:
- Membership conversion
- RPC (Retail Per Car)
- CPLH (Cars Per Labor Hour)
- Monthly revenue and retention
- Reading and understanding P&Ls and making real-time decisions based on the numbers
- Hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team
- Creating a strong sales culture and holding your team accountable
- Maintaining equipment, site cleanliness, and safety standards
- Leading from the front — not from the office
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience (car wash, retail, QSR, or similar high-volume environment preferred)
- Strong understanding of KPIs and how to influence them
- Experience reading P&Ls and managing labor, costs, and profitability
- High energy, competitive mindset, and accountability-driven
- Someone who can coach, push, and develop people — not just manage them
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
