Office Administrator / Operations Right Hand Commercial Cleaning & Facilities
Read this before you apply.
This is not a sit-at-the-front-desk job. This is a build-with-us job. We are a fast-scaling commercial cleaning and facilities company in a strategic growth phase, and we are looking for the rare person who sees a problem and fixes it — who asks “what else can be done?” before being told. If you need everything spelled out for you, this isn’t your role. If you thrive in complex situations, love bringing order to chaos, and want to grow with a company instead of just clocking hours keep reading.
About Scrub Masters Plus Corp.
We deliver top-tier commercial cleaning and facilities management for medical, industrial, financial, and high-standard business environments across NY, NYC, and NJ. We are a certified MWBE company on an aggressive growth path, and we are building the leadership and systems to match. The person we hire will be part of every aspect of this company — and will grow as we grow.
What You’ll Actually Do
This role is the operational backbone of the company. On any given day, you might:
- Run daily office operations — scheduling, calendars, communication, filing, and keeping leadership organized and ahead of schedule
- Jump into complex situations and figure them out — you’re a fixer by nature and you love it
- Support our bid and proposal process — reviewing bid documents, helping assemble and write proposals, tracking deadlines
- Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks or similar)
- Do what the day requires — if a client needs keys dropped off across town, you handle it; if a site needs a hands-on assist, you’re ready
- Travel when the business needs it (local and regional)
- Constantly look for what more can be done to move this company forward
Who You Are
- A self-starter with real backbone, real judgment, and real expertise — not someone who waits to be managed
- Detail-obsessed and deeply organized, but able to move fast and think on your feet
- Someone who takes ownership — you treat this company like it’s yours
- Excellent communicator, professional, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and QuickBooks (or a fast learner who’ll master them)
- Bilingual is a strong plus
What We Offer
A seat inside a company that is going places with room to grow, real responsibility from day one, and leadership that will invest in you. We believe in training our people to win, not hoping they figure it out. If you bring the value, we’ll build the future together.
How to Apply
We are hiring immediately. Apply now with your resume and a short note telling us about a time you saw a problem and fixed it before anyone asked. That note tells us more than any resume line ever could.
