Duties

• Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, floor care, and surface sanitation to meet client expectations.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic living spaces.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed.
• Manage manual handling of cleaning supplies, furniture, and equipment safely and efficiently, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, and appliances while adhering to safety protocols for sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide friendly, professional service.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment for outdoor work areas or hard-to-reach spots to ensure thorough coverage across all areas of the home.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents, surface cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation procedures is advantageous.
• Experience with outdoor work or residential housekeeping enhances your ability to handle diverse environments efficiently.
• Strong time management skills are essential to complete tasks promptly while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with care is important for success in this role.
