Scrub Daddy is seeking a Full-Time Human Resource Generalist to join our team. This position will support the Senior HR Generalist, focusing on recruitment, talent acquisition, time and labor management, and provide administrative support as needed. This position is on-site, and a successful candidate must be able to split time weekly between our corporate headquarters in Pennsauken, NJ, and our distribution center in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and interview processes and track candidates' statuses.
- Coordinates employee requisitions and job postings, manages recruitment platforms and resources
- Conducts initial vetting meetings and calls for all open positions.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the hiring manager or director.
- PTO/Sick/LOA/Disability tracking and attendance recordkeeping in Paylocity.
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Working understanding of human resource practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- HCM with Paylocity, job posting sites, and Monday.com systems knowledge is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- High School Degree or equivalent required. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and/or equivalent experience are preferred.
- At least two years of related experience is required.
- SHRM-CP/SCP credential preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
