Part-Time Residential Cleaning Technician

Duties
- Perform detailed cleaning of residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces to company standards
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, and fixtures
- Clean kitchen surfaces including countertops, appliance exteriors, sinks, and cabinet fronts
- Remove trash and replace liners throughout the home
- Make beds and tidy rooms as requested
- Maintain our storage facility stock
- Follow customized cleaning checklists based on each client’s needs
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues promptly
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies while working in clients’ homes
Requirements
- Previous residential cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred (but not required – we provide training)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, respectful demeanor when working in clients’ homes
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Excellent time management skills to complete homes efficiently within scheduled timeframes
