As a Scrub Brothers Car Wash Shift / Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in daily operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, assisting the management team, and most importantly, setting an example for your team by exceeding expectations yourself.

Your Role as a Shift Lead / Customer Service Representative includes:
- Customer Service: providing friendly and enthusiastic interactions with customers; welcoming customers; providing customers with your attention and dealing with any issues; helping customers out with their needs; and promoting the value and benefits of our unlimited wash memberships.
- Product Knowledge: knowledge of all our wash products and features; understanding the value of each wash package and the benefits of each wash package so you can better educate our customers on the real value of membership with Scrub Brothers.
- Operations: safety knowledge to ensure everyone is operating the tunnel using all Scrub Brothers safety procedures; assist in opening and closing the business; enrolling customers in our Scrub Club unlimited wash clubs, loyalty program, and text club; prepping vehicles; guiding vehicles onto the wash tunnel conveyor; monitor equipment and chemicals to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations at all times.
- Equipment and Facility Maintenance: assist in regular daily, monthly and/or emergency equipment maintenance; assist in daily facility maintenance and cleaning; ensure all opening and closing checklist items are performed and checked off.
- Leadership Expectation: act as a key stakeholder responsible for opening and closing procedures; take charge and manage staff in the absence of either an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager; hold all team members accountantable for following all safety procedures, work ethic, Scrub Brothers culture, and duties of their job; and continue to mentor/train all team members on all aspects of the job including how to sell our unlimited wash memberships .
- Attention to Detail: conduct tunnel and equipment checks on a frequent basis throughout the day to look for any issues; perform vehicle checks to ensure wash performance is upheld and we maintain 100% customer satisfaction; uphold our "Scrub Brother Culture" standards; assist customers with any assistance they need; and ensure each wash meets and exceeds customer expectations.

Education
- High School degree
- Further education is rewarded
Experience
- At least one year of car wash experience.
- Must have a good understanding of car wash operations, car wash equipment, equipment maintenance, facility maintenance, car wash customer service, pay station POS experience, and experience selling unlimited wash plans.
