Job Overview
Scrub and Shine is a growing cleaning company looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as independent contractors. We provide residential, rental, and small office cleaning services. You’ll have the freedom to work flexible hours and take on jobs that suit your schedule.
Location
Jobs in Niagara county and Erie county need to be willing to travel to those locations
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services (standard, deep, move-in/out, pre-listing)
- Follow client-specific requests and checklists
- Ensure high attention to detail and cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with the team and clients when needed
- Provide own transportation to and from jobs
- Bring your own basic cleaning supplies (including vacuum)
Ideal Candidate:
- No cleaning experience needed (willing to train the right person)
- Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
- Good communication and time management skills
- Takes pride in delivering excellent results
- Comfortable working independently
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18
Schedule:
- Flexible hours
- Jobs available weekdays and some weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
