Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, self-driven Brand Sales Ambassador to help bring new customers into our physical store and drive local awareness of the Scripted1 brand. This is a commission-only role, perfect for someone who is highly motivated, strong in sales, and enjoys connecting with people in the community.
Your main goal is simple:
➡ Generate foot traffic, new clients, and in-store purchases.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote Scripted1 products, events, and promotions throughout the San Antonio area
- Attend local events, pop-ups, college campuses, community gatherings, and high-traffic areas to generate leads
- Hand out flyers, business cards, or QR codes to drive customers into the boutique
- Build strong relationships with potential customers, local businesses, influencers, and community groups
- Encourage in-store visits and track customers you send into the store
- Use social media to promote store visits, product launches, and sales
- Work closely with the owner/manager to understand new arrivals, featured items, and weekly promotions
- Report weekly on leads generated, store visits, and sales conversions
- Maintain a strong, positive representation of the Scripted1 brand at all times
Qualifications
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations
- Experience in sales, promotions, street marketing, or customer engagement (preferred)
- Strong local network OR the willingness to build one
- Reliable transportation
- Self-motivated and results-driven (THIS IS CRITICAL for commission roles)
- Understanding of social media platforms (IG, TikTok, FB) is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Compensation
This position is 100% commission-based, with uncapped earning potential.
Options include:
Commission Structure (Choose One)
Option A:
- 10–20% commission on all sales generated by the customers you bring into the store
Option B:
- Flat bonus per new customer, plus commission on their purchase
- e.g., $5–$10 new customer bonus 10% commission
Option C:
- Tiered commission system
- 10% for first 10 clients
- 15% for 11–20 clients
- 20% for 21 clients brought in monthly
