This is a full time, benefited exempt position with varied hours as a Supervisor, Lab Collection - Phlebotomy

Responsible for day to day coordination of staff to provide lab draws and collections at multiple sites

This role is eligible for the Supervisor incentive compensation plan.

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification

• High school diploma
• 5 Years experience in a laboratory setting.
• California Phlebotomy Certification
• AHA BLS certification
  
  

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years leadership experience

Position Pay Range: $36.72-$53.23/hour
