This is a part-time, position working a 12-hr day shift schedule. Weekends are required on a rotating basis, generally 2 weekend shifts per month. Located in La Jolla at the Torrey Pines Clinic.

Position Pay Range: $59.16-$85.68/hour

- Hands-on experience with a wide variety of emergency patients.

- Perform patient assessments and care tasks, including emergency procedures and medication administration as appropriate.
- Educate patients and document patient interactions.
- Practice infection control.
- Contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within your own scope of practice.
- Registered Nursing Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing
- Active California RN license
- American Heart Association BLS, ACLS and PALS Healthcare Provider Certifications
- 1 year of recent adult emergency services experience
- Be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate positive behaviors
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- CEN – Certified Emergency Nursing
- Recent and/or extensive ED experience as an RN
